About this honey

Our most-loved honey, gathered in early spring when the Sahyadri slopes near Wai are covered in wildflowers. Bees forage across dozens of blooms, giving this honey a bright, floral sweetness with a gentle caramel finish.

It is cold-extracted from capped frames and strained through fine mesh only — never heated, never micro-filtered — so the pollen, enzymes and aroma reach your kitchen intact.

Runny; crystallises slowly
How to use
Stir into warm (not boiling) water, tea or lemon water; drizzle over curd, fruit, oats or toast; use in dressings and marinades. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Storage
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed. Always use a dry spoon. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time — warm the jar gently in lukewarm water (below 40°C) to re-liquefy.
