Question 1

Is your honey raw?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our honeys are cold-extracted from capped frames and strained through fine mesh. We never heat, pasteurise or micro-filter, so natural pollen and enzymes remain.

Question 2

Why does real honey crystallise?

Accepted Answer

Honey is a supersaturated sugar solution, so glucose naturally forms crystals over time — faster in cool weather and in honeys like mustard. It is a sign of minimal processing, not spoilage. Warm the closed jar in lukewarm water (below 40°C) to make it runny again.

Question 3

How do you test for purity?

Accepted Answer

Every batch is tested before bottling for moisture, HMF and common adulterants such as added sugar syrups. Batch codes on each lid link to the harvest region and date.

Question 4

Does honey expire?

Accepted Answer

Properly stored honey keeps for a very long time. We print a best-before date of 24 months from bottling. Keep the lid closed and use a dry spoon.

Question 5

Can I give honey to my baby?

Accepted Answer

No. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days; express delivery 1–3 business days in most metro cities.

Question 7

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes — standard shipping is free on orders above ₹699 after discounts.

Question 8

Is cash on delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for orders up to ₹5,000. A small COD handling fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Question 9

What if my jar arrives broken?

Accepted Answer

We pack every jar in shock-proof materials, but if anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Question 10

Do you take bulk or corporate gifting orders?
