Before dispatch
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped. Contact us with your order number, or use the cancellation option in My Account where available.
After dispatch
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse delivery of a cash-on-delivery order; repeated refusals may restrict COD on future orders.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Prepaid cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
