About this honey
Collected from hives placed at the edge of the oak, rhododendron and wild-herb forests of Uttarakhand. The bees forage freely across forest flora, producing a dark amber honey with a robust, slightly woody character.
Forest honey is denser and less sweet than floral honeys — beautiful with strong tea, in winter tonics or simply off the spoon.

- 100% raw forest honey.
- How to use
- Stir into warm (not boiling) water, tea or lemon water; drizzle over curd, fruit, oats or toast; use in dressings and marinades. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
- Storage
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed. Always use a dry spoon. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time — warm the jar gently in lukewarm water (below 40°C) to re-liquefy.
